Morvarid Manzouri is an Associate Lawyer practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates. She obtained her law degree in Tehran, Iran, and practiced law before immigrating to Canada.
After moving to Canada, Morvarid completed her Paralegal Diploma from Humber College and joined Michelle E. Hubert Professional Corporation in 2021. She later earned her LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.

Michelle Blotti is the Senior Real Estate Law Clerk with more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate. Prior to joining Michelle E. Hubert Professional Corporation, she worked for many years with Patrick C. Hengen and continued with the practice when Michelle Hubert assumed ownership.
Michelle completed her Legal Assistant diploma at Centennial College and began her career as a conveyancer before transitioning into a Real Estate Law Clerk role. Throughout her career, she has assisted clients with a wide range of residential real estate transactions.
She works closely with clients, lenders, realtors, and lawyers to help ensure transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently. Michelle is known for her knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to client service. She enjoys helping clients navigate the real estate process and strives to make each transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Cathy Despotas
Cathy Despotas is a Senior Real Estate and Corporate Law Clerk with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Michelle E. Hubert Professional Corporation, she worked for many years with the late Donald G. Plaxton and continued with the practice when Michelle Hubert assumed ownership.
She assists clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions, incorporations, and a wide range of corporate matters.
Cathy brings extensive experience and a practical approach to every file. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and is known for her professionalism, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage complex matters efficiently while providing exceptional support to clients.
Harleen Kaur
Harleen Kaur has been working in residential real estate law since 2022. She graduated from Seneca College's Law Clerk program and assists clients with purchases, sales, refinances, and title transfers.
